We are no longer able to take special color requests, such as requests to match a specific toy color, exact skin tone, past order, or reference photo. Our pigments are highly concentrated, which makes exact color matching extremely difficult, even when trying to match our own previous work. Because this has led to customer expectations not being met, all colors must be selected from our available color options.
