To ensure the correct fit, you'll need two measurements:

Length: Measure the length of your penis while erect for internal length. If your measurement is under a length option, select the next closest measurement below your actual length.

Girth (circumference): Measure the circumference of your penis while erect. Select the diameter based on the following:

Advanced Guide: If you are able to maintain an erection while wearing a sleeve, consider this:
(Penis Circumference/Pi) - 0.4 *Pi=3.14*
Ex: (5.5/Pi) - 0.4 = 1.352
Choose internal diameter of 1.375

Length: The length of your sleeve can be shortened, but it cannot be increased. The shortening is based on the internal length you select, with a limit to how much can be shortened.

Girth: The girth of the sleeve cannot be changed, as all products are created in rigid molds. However, different model designs may offer various size options.

In most cases, changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. But once production has begun, no changes can be made.

If your item has an issue, please reach out to us. If it's due to a manufacturing defect, we will work to resolve the issue. All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing issue, we will do our best to address it.

This is a common measuring mix-up — no worries! Most standard tape measures are rigid and flat, which makes it difficult to reach the true bottom of the sleeve’s internal tunnel, especially since our sleeves are designed with a tapered end for structural strength and comfort.

When you try to measure with a 1" wide tape, it often stops short of the actual bottom due to that taper, leaving you with a measurement that’s typically 0.5 to 0.75 inches shorter than the true internal length. So while it feels like the sleeve is short, it’s actually spot-on — your tape just can’t make the curve!

If you ever need to double-check, you can slide in a thin, flexible object (like a pencil or piece of string), mark where it stops, then measure that.

Yes, all items are shipped in plain 10x4x4 cardboard boxes. The return address will read "Mr. S.W."

Our processing time is 3-4 business days. Once shipped, orders within the Continental U.S. are delivered in 3-5 days. International shipments may take 1-4 weeks depending on the location.

No, we utilize UPS exclusively.

We do not charge import taxes or duties; these will need to be paid upon arrival of your package.

We recommend washing your sleeve with mild detergent and warm water. It can also be sanitized by boiling it or placing it in the dishwasher, but this is not necessary since silicone is non-porous and cannot harbor bacteria.

To store your sleeve, place it back into the bag that it was shipped with. Make sure the sleeve is clean and dry prior to placing it in the bag.

Sunlight will not affect sleeves.

Durian is no longer offered. Mr Slick Finish provides a much better surface with no allergy concern or bad smell—so you get all the slick, none of the fruit funk!

Matte is now off the menu, too. Demand for Mr Slick Finish has been through the roof, and we’ve averaged less than one request for Matte per month, so we can no longer stock the material.

We process orders in the order they are received. While expedited shipping can speed up delivery, it will not affect the manufacturing time.

Yes, we offer multiple firmness options for your sleeves, including Extra Soft (Shore OO-10), Soft (Shore OO-20), Balanced (Shore OO-30), and Firm (OO-50). We also provide dual-density options where the tip is softer and the shaft is firmer.

Shortening the exterior of a sleeve is an option for most models, with some limitations based on the internal length. The minimum tip length must remain 2" for the sleeve to function properly.

All products come with a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturer defects.
