Yes, all of our products are third-party tested and certified as skin-safe. We only use high-quality platinum-cure silicone, manufactured in the United States, and do not cut or thin any products to ensure you get the best quality.

We recommend using only 100% water-based lubricants. Silicone-based or hybrid silicone lubricants can damage the surfaces of softer silicones, even if they claim to be safe.

Yes, you can wear a condom under the sleeve. However, wearing one over the sleeve will not provide contraceptive benefits.

You should still experience sensation and be able to climax while wearing the sleeve. The silicone mimics the feel of flesh, providing an enjoyable experience, though it may feel different from not wearing anything.

Although the sleeve is non-porous and prevents fluid from escaping, it has not been tested as a form of contraception and is not recommended for this use.

WillieSkin is a texturing technique in printing our molds. With 3D printing you usually end up with a way too smooth of a surface. This new surface results in our most realistic looking models.

To ensure the correct fit, you'll need two measurements:

Length: Measure the length of your penis while erect for internal length. If your measurement is under a length option, select the next closest measurement below your actual length.

Girth (circumference): Measure the circumference of your penis while erect. Select the diameter based on the following:

Advanced Guide: If you are able to maintain an erection while wearing a sleeve, consider this:

Length: The length of your sleeve can be shortened, but it cannot be increased. The shortening is based on the internal length you select, with a limit to how much can be shortened.

Girth: The girth of the sleeve cannot be changed, as all products are created in rigid molds. However, different model designs may offer various size options.

We do not accept changes by email after the order is submitted. If you ask to change it before production has started, we may cancel the order, deduct a $10 administrative fee, and issue store credit for the balance so you can place the correct order. Once production has started, no changes can be made.

Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the outer box and the product. In-transit loss and in-transit damage are covered only if you added Shipping Protection at checkout. The carrier decides the claim. See our Shipping policy.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. A manufacturing defect means a fault in workmanship or materials, such as an incomplete pour, a separated layer, a hole or tear not caused by use, or a density, color, or size that does not match what you selected on the order.

Differences in feel between a thin sample and a finished head, or between our extra-soft and another brand’s extra-soft, are not defects. Approved defect claims are handled by replacement, store credit, or refund of the product price, at our discretion. See our Refund policy.

No. Our products are custom-made and made for intimate use. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, dislike of feel, sizing error, color preference, or comparison to another brand.

If the item was damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, email us and we will follow the Refund policy. Do not ship a product back unless we have emailed written authorization and a return address.

No. If we authorize a return, the refund, replacement, or credit is issued only after the item arrives at our facility and we inspect it. Keeping the product and requesting a full refund is not an option we offer.

Two reasons, and both are expected.

First, a thin sample has almost no material behind it, so it compresses easily. A full head poured in the same 00-10 has more mass behind the surface and feels firmer in the hand, even when the Shore rating is the same.

Second, extra-soft silicone can cure with a slight tack. The Mr Slick Finish removes that tack and leaves a smooth, low-friction surface. That often makes 00-10 feel firmer than an unfinished or tacky extra-soft from another maker.

Density samples are a material reference only. They are not a promise that a finished head or shaft will compress the same way as the sample. This difference is not a mix-up and not a manufacturing defect.

No. Other makers use different silicones, pour thicknesses, and surface finishes. Cross-brand feel is not a specification we match and is not a defect.

This is a common measuring mix-up — no worries! Most standard tape measures are rigid and flat, which makes it difficult to reach the true bottom of the sleeve’s internal tunnel, especially since our sleeves are designed with a tapered end for structural strength and comfort.

When you try to measure with a 1" wide tape, it often stops short of the actual bottom due to that taper, leaving you with a measurement that’s typically 0.5 to 0.75 inches shorter than the true internal length. So while it feels like the sleeve is short, it’s actually spot-on — your tape just can’t make the curve!

If you ever need to double-check, you can slide in a thin, flexible object (like a pencil or piece of string), mark where it stops, then measure that.

Yes, all items are shipped in plain 10x4x4 cardboard boxes. The return address will read "Mr. S.W."

Our processing time is 3-4 business days. Once shipped, orders to the contiguous 48 United States are typically delivered in 3-5 business days. Some locations can take up to 7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories vary. International shipments may take 1-4 weeks depending on the location.

No, we utilize UPS exclusively.

No. Shipping is uninsured unless you add Shipping Protection at checkout. If you do not add it, you are responsible for loss or damage in transit. We will not refund, replace, or credit an order for a transit issue when Shipping Protection was not purchased.

Shipping Protection covers loss or damage only while the package is in the carrier’s possession. It does not cover theft or loss after the carrier marks the package delivered, including porch theft and delivery to a freight forwarder. The carrier decides all claims. The carrier’s decision is final.

We do not charge import taxes or duties. These must be paid by the recipient upon arrival. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are not refundable. A package held or returned by customs because duties were unpaid is not an automatic refund.

We ship to the address on the order. If that address is a freight forwarder, reshipper, or mail-drop, delivery there completes the shipment. We do not treat that order as an international sale for returns, and we do not provide an international return label.

If a return is authorized, you are responsible for getting the item to our US address at your expense, including any export fees, import fees, and forwarder fees.

No. If we authorize a return from outside the United States, or from a forwarder that already exported the package, you arrange and pay the return shipment to our US address. We may credit the cost of a domestic US label toward that shipment. We do not send prepaid international labels.

Do not ship anything back until we have emailed written authorization, a return address, and a ship-by date.

We recommend washing your sleeve with mild detergent and warm water. It can also be sanitized by boiling it or placing it in the dishwasher, but this is not necessary since silicone is non-porous and cannot harbor bacteria.

To store your sleeve, place it back into the bag that it was shipped with. Make sure the sleeve is clean and dry prior to placing it in the bag.

Sunlight will not affect sleeves.

Durian is no longer offered. Mr Slick Finish provides a much better surface with no allergy concern or bad smell—so you get all the slick, none of the fruit funk!

Matte is now off the menu, too. Demand for Mr Slick Finish has been through the roof, and we’ve averaged less than one request for Matte per month, so we can no longer stock the material.

Because the finish removes surface tack, extra-soft (00-10) often feels firmer in a finished piece than it does as a raw or tacky sample. That is expected.

We process orders in the order they are received. While expedited shipping can speed up delivery, it will not affect the manufacturing time.

Yes, we offer multiple firmness options for your sleeves, including Extra Soft (Shore OO-10), Soft (Shore OO-20), Balanced (Shore OO-30), and Firm (OO-50). We also provide dual-density options where the tip is softer and the shaft is firmer.

A thin density sample will feel softer than a finished head poured in the same Shore. The full head has more mass, and the Mr Slick Finish removes surface tack. That firmer hand-feel is expected and is not a manufacturing error.

Shortening the exterior of a sleeve is an option for most models, with some limitations based on the internal length. The minimum tip length must remain 2" for the sleeve to function properly.

Yes. Each product has a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date shown by the carrier. It does not cover wear from use, poor storage, sizing error, or a feel you do not like.

To make a claim, email admin@mrslickwillies.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video, and a description of the issue. Approved claims are handled by replacement, store credit, or refund of the product price, at our discretion. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Email admin@mrslickwillies.com. If production has not started, we may cancel the order, deduct a $10 administrative fee, and issue store credit for the remaining balance. Store credit has no cash value unless we say otherwise. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled and no refund or credit will be issued.
