1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (except for custom orders). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Custom orders:
Please note that the processing time for custom orders may vary depending on the volume of orders we are currently working on. While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, custom products may require additional time to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
You will receive an estimated timeline for completion after your order is placed. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your custom order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at admin@mrslickwillies.com.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping for Continental USA.
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track the status of your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to United States, Canada, most of the EU, and Australia just to name a few places. If you attempt to place an order and it won't go through due to your location, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help you out. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or international locations at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact us immediately at admin@mrslickwillies.com. Free Economy Shipping does not include insurance but you have the option to purchase insurance. We are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier after the package has been shipped.
Insurance does not cover packages that have been delivered with proof of delivery.
All other shipping options (excluding Economy) include insurance.
6. No Returns or Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Order Modifications
We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you notice any errors after completing your purchase, please reach out to us immediately at admin@mrslickwillies.com, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the item is shipped.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
