Design: Where the Magic Takes Shape

Once we've got a sketch that gives us the feels, we bring it to life in 3D. Our digital sculpting process lets us fine-tune every curve, ridge, and ripple until it’s just right — not just to look good, but to feel amazing. We're always leveling up, too. Innovations like our soft-touch WillieSkin and the all-new lifelike textures on our Diplomat line are just the beginning. This isn't cookie-cutter design — it's silicone artistry.

Mold Creation: Prep, Print, Perfect

Before anything full-size hits the silicone stage, we do a mini version to test the look and feel. It’s like a dress rehearsal — and if the print passes the vibe check, we scale it up. But it’s not just about printing big; it’s about printing right. Using the ideal filament and prepping materials just so, we’ve fine-tuned our process through loads of trial, error, and “what-the-heck-happened-here?” moments. The result? Bubble-free, cure-happy molds that set the stage for perfection.

Casting: Fancy Feels Come at a Price

“Why are your products so expensive?” We hear that sometimes — and the short answer? Platinum-cure silicone ain’t cheap. We use only top-tier silicone from Smooth-On, a trusted name in the biz. Most sleeves get a two-stage pour: the head comes first with one density, then the shaft is poured after, complete with a custom-fit internal hole based on your selection. Each color? Hand-mixed. We don’t do cookie-cutter shades like “Rosey” — every blend is crafted for depth, realism, and vibe. It’s a labor of love (and silicone science).

Finishing Touches: The Slick Secret Sauce

Once a sleeve pops out of its moldy little cocoon, it’s not done yet — not even close. Most customers opt for one of our signature finishes, and the top pick? The legendary Mr. Slick Finish. But before we get to airbrushing that velvety goodness, we’ve got some prep to do. We gently clean off the mold release (a spray that keeps the silicone from bonding to the mold), then pop the sleeves into a warming box to dry — no towels allowed. Why? Because lint is the enemy, and we’re not about to let a stray fuzz ruin your vibe. Once fully dry, we airbrush on the chosen finish, sometimes in multiple layers. Mr. Slick? He gets three thin, silky coats for maximum glide.

Quality & Packaging: No Duds Allowed

Once that finish is fully cured and fabulous, it’s time for inspection. Every sleeve gets the spotlight treatment — literally. We examine each piece under studio lighting to catch any imperfections and double-check the details that matter most. We measure both the overall length and the internal tunnel to make sure everything lands within our tight 3/16" tolerance. If it doesn't pass? It doesn't ship. Simple as that. Once it clears our quality standards, it's packaged up with care and sent off to you — discreetly, of course.
